Our courses usually require a minimum of 2 people to run, however in the even that the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to change your date, or provide a refund and cancel. On the majority of times a course is under subscribed, we have managed to run with the support of a model, but there may be times, where this is not possible.
We reserve the right to alter our course dates and the course venues where required, without any liability.
Where we have to cancel, and an alternative date cannot be sourced, we will provide a full refund.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are not refundable.
- Cancellations due to adverse weather, flooding or industrial action are not refundable.
- We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations of courses that are outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, riot, war, flooding or industrial action.
We retain the right to change course content, and the trainer, where required.
Cancellations or transfers of bookings to alternative dates may incur a £20 charge. If your course was purchased during an offer, and is rescheduled, the difference for the full price will be required.
Payment
Courses must be paid at the time of booking.
Failing to attend a practical session, requires another practical session payment to attend at a future date.
We accept payment via direct bank transfer, via the telephone, or in the salon, through debit or credit card. The course welcome instructions will only be sent out, once we have received cleared funds in full.
Course Expiry
The course practical expires 12 months from purchase date. Please ensure you have completed your theory in enough time to join a practical day. If you have not attended a practical within 12 months, you will be required to pay an additional practical fee.
